What is Wizard Wall®?

Wizard Wall® is a cling film that serves as an instant repositionable white board. Wizard Wall® comes in the portable standard box and in the portable kit. Both come with a safe to use slide blade that easily cuts sheets into custom lengths.

Sheets cling to any indoor surface without the need for adhesives and are used with both dry erase and permanent markers. When done, roll up your work, save it or ship it using the enclosed (in the large kit only) storage tubes.

How does it work?

Wizard Wall® film is a specially manufactured and exclusively converted ClingZ® product. ClingZ is an electrically charged polypropylene film, which can be removed and repositioned without leaving any residue behind. It works on most clean dry indoor surfaces. Benefits of Wizard Wall® are the following:

• Adheres to surfaces such as glass, drywall, metal, plastic, wood, brick and marble
• Double-sided and leaves no residue
• Can be written on with dry erase and permanent markers
• Repositionable for any indoor application

What sizes does Wizard Wall® come in?

You can buy a small ($128.50) or large ($145.00) Wizard Wall® kit, which includes 30” x 50’ of film. Each kit comes with a replaceable cartridge containing the film, a dry erase marker, two permanent markers and a dry erase eraser. The large kit also has two 3" x 31" storage tubes.

You can also buy a standard box ($89.95), which includes 27.5" x 40' of film. Each standard box comes with a replaceable tube of film and the safe to use slide cutter.

No, however, by registering, you can save your shipping and billing information to make your next order even faster.

Can I get a discount for ordering in bulk?

What methods of payment does Wizard Wall® accept?

Wizard Wall® accepts payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

SHIPPING

What is the cost for shipping?

Shipping charges are determined by the destination zip code and the weight of your order. It excludes any applicable sales tax. All orders include a $4.50 handling fee.

Can Wizard Wall® ship internationally?

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please submit a message to us from the contact us page or email us at customerservice@wizardwall.com  if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

DELIVERY

How can I check the status of my delivery?

Orders are typically shipped one to two business days from when they are placed. You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order and a second email notifying you when your order has shipped.

Once shipped, you can track the status of your package by clicking on the UPS tracking number(s) included in the second email or entering them on the UPS web site.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

What is Wizard Wall’s refund and exchange policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your Wizard Wall® order for any reason, you can return your items within thirty days for a prompt refund or exchange and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Please submit a message to us from the contact us page letting us know you would like a refund.

Wizard Wall® uses UPS for its package delivery service. Once you notify us regarding a return, we will email you a return label. We recommend having your return shipment ready for pick up at your place of business during your company’s regularly scheduled pick up time. You may also drop off the shipment to any UPS drop box. 

Refunds cannot be issued for returns made thirty days or more after the purchase date.

The original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

How do I cancel my order?

If an order was made in error, please send an email to customerservice@wizardwall.com and Wizard Wall will refund your money in the same form as the original payment. If you have already received the shipment, once you notify us, we will email you a return label from UPS.

We recommend having your return shipment ready for pick up at your place of business during your company’s regularly scheduled pick up time. You may also drop off the shipment to any UPS drop box.

USAGE GUIDELINES

How long will my Wizard Wall® last?

Wizard Wall® can be removed and repositioned from one wall to another several times and typically lasts four to six months, sometimes longer depending on the surface. The smoother the surface, the longer it will cling.

Can I use any type of cleaning spray to clean Wizard Wall® film?

No, the best way to erase what you’ve written is to use a dry erase eraser or other liquid dry erase board cleaner. Limit the amount of liquid cleaner you use, as moisture will reduce the static charge on the Wizard Wall® film.

What type of marker should I use to write on my Wizard Wall®?

Both permanent marker and dry erase marker are ideal for writing on Wizard Wall. If you plan on rolling up and saving your work, use permanent markers to keep from smudging.

Is the Wizard Wall® film recyclable?

Yes, Wizard Wall® is made up of #5 recyclable plastic, often found in yogurt containers and baby bottles. It contains no additives or chemicals and is compliant with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA). The Wizard Wall® film is FDA approved for direct food contact.
