What is the cost for shipping?

Shipping charges are determined by the destination zip code and the weight of your order. It excludes any applicable sales tax. All orders include a $4.50 handling fee.  Please submit a message to us from the contact us page.

Can you ship internationally?

We can ship Wizard Wall® to Canada and Mexico via UPS Air or USPS Ground. Please submit a message to us from the contact us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options to locations other than Canada and Mexico.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

What is Wizard Wall’s refund and exchange policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your Wizard Wall® order for any reason, you can return your items within thirty days for a prompt refund or exchange and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Please submit a message to us from the contact us page letting us know you would like a refund.

Wizard Wall® uses UPS for its package delivery service. Once you notify us regarding a return, we will email you a return label. We recommend having your return shipment ready for pick up at your place of business during your company’s regularly scheduled pick up time. You may also drop off the shipment to any UPS drop box.

Refunds cannot be issued for returns made thirty days or more after the purchase date.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

How do I cancel my order?

If an order was made in error, please send an email to customerservice@wizardwall.com within 24 hours and Wizard Wall® will refund your money in the same form as the original payment. If you have already received the shipment, once you notify us, we will email you a return label from UPS.

We recommend having your return shipment ready for pick up at your place of business during your company’s regularly scheduled pick up time. You may also drop off the shipment to any UPS drop box.

All purchases are final after 24 hours.
