Paper Vs. Dry Erase: The Battle of Organization

From work life to home life to school life, we sure do use a lot of paper! Notepaper is used for note taking, memo taking, writing daily reminders and more. With that comes a whole lot of waste! Think about it – when we write ourselves a reminder, it is likely only to be thrown out after a few days. When we leave a message for a friend or coworker, that note is only to be tossed in the trash after it is read. But what if there were an easier, more resourceful way to take notes and leave memos?

A dry erase roll is a fantastic method for note taking, offering organization, time management, and overall productivity. The benefit? A dry erase roll can be easily erased after use and re-used time and time again! That means you’ll save on the waste and ultimately promote a more environmentally friendly space.

In the workplace, a dry erase roll can be used by both individual employees or by the entire office as a method of time management, note taking, and organization. Even in an office of 4 or 5 people, hundreds of pounds of paper waste can be created each year. Eliminate the waste and save on finances by utilizing a Wizard Wall dry erase roll

Similarly, a dry erase roll comes in handy in the home. Rather than waste sheet after sheet of notepaper to leave simple notes or write down chores or lists, why not use dry erase sheets? These sheets are fun for little ones, resourceful, and money-saving!

Note taking or display is especially important in the classroom. However, in a classroom of 20-25 students, utilizing sheet after sheet of notebook paper produces a lot of waste! Instead, opt for a dry erase roll! Use a sheet or two for classroom discussions: they’re easily erasable, providing a great tool for group brainstorming. Students can also use individual sheets of dry erase sheets for their own use – to practice math skills, to practice their penmanship, to take notes, or to brainstorm during small group work.

Nationally, we waste millions of pounds of scrap paper each year. Consider taking a more environmentally friendly route, through a Wizard Wall dry erase roll
